1. Enquiry & Booking Fees

Any enquiry or booking-related fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Lease & Rent Payments

Rent, security deposits, and lease-related payments are governed by the terms of the signed agreement between the tenant and the property owner.

3. Cancellation by Tenant

Any cancellation terms, notice periods, or refunds will be as per the executed lease or leave & license agreement.

4. Service Fees

Property management or facilitation fees once charged are non-refundable after service initiation.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, under exceptional circumstances are solely at the discretion of Pier Properties.
